7月7日—9日，由工业和信息化部、广东省人民政府联合主办，汕头市人民政府、广东省工业和信息化厅、广东省通信管理局、中国工信出版传媒集团、中国信息通信研究院（以下简称“中国信通院”）等单位共同承办的“2022中国数字经济创新发展大会”在广东省汕头市成功召开。 % f1 Z+ o) D5 h; M3 e

中国信通院工业互联网与物联网研究所副所长李海花 + y. }, a* k& C4 Y o
1 D& [% g6 J( ^. q数字经济是推动全球经济增长的新经济形态，数字化转型对不同行业都产生积极影响。李海花认为，新型基础设施是数字经济发展的基石和底座，是数字经济能够否得成功的关键。在信息基础设施、融合基础设施、创新基础设施等新基建三大赛道中，工业互联网、区块链是重要组成部分。 2 O' C8 }6 _6 f0 ?4 [: ?
0 K# G8 F, o% K$ a基于国家和行业顶层设计和行动指南，李海花从网络、标识、平台、安全四个维度分享了近年来我国工业互联网的发展情况。李海花提到，随着全球创新不断加速，国家对标识解析发展提出新要求，《工业互联网创新行动计划（2021-2023）》提出构建基于标识解析的区块链基础设施，支持各地部署融合节点。为此，以代表产业数字化转型的工业互联网为主要应用场景，以网络标识这一数字化关键资源为突破口，融合通信基础设施板块（工业互联网）与新技术基础设施板块（区块链）的“星火·链网”应运而生，成为国家级区块链新型基础设施。中国信通院牵头建设的“星火·链网” 以制造强国和网络强国战略为引领，在工信部专项支持下，面向高质量发展需要，推动数字资产价值化，成为支撑数字经济发展的关键举措，支持跨行业跨领域流动。 ( `- ^$ A$ M' o5 D!
