太阳城集团执行董事卢启邦表示，预料下半年澳门赌收再跌一成，主要是“双庆”及特首选举活动，娱乐事业会有所影响。公司有意竞投澳门赌牌，坦言“亚洲哪里有机会发展菠菜，团队就有兴趣探讨”。 太阳城集团控股有限公司昨下午二时半假香港港丽酒店会议室举行股东周年大会，向股东介绍公司计划及未来发展方向。 会后接受传媒访问时，对于竞投澳门赌牌，卢启邦指出公司主营业务是投资及管理DC，亚洲哪里有机会发展菠菜，该团队就有兴趣去探讨。现时澳门ZF未有公开具体竞投赌牌的条件，目前难以响应。不过，该公司有不少优势，包括母公司在澳门，创造约五千个就业机会，同时支持澳门旅游活动，例如每年的大赛车等，知名度不断提高。凭借自身在经营DC的各种经验，将是一大优势。竞投赌牌上会否希望外资和本地企业比例相若？他表示不知道，期待澳门ZF对外公布说法。 ; k, p: L B1 j/ k6 |
下半年赌收料跌一成 面对环球经济前景未明朗，他指澳门赌收去年下半年已慢慢再跌，今年下半年有国庆七十周年、澳门回归二十周年，以及特首选举等活动，娱乐事业可能受影响，估计下半年赌收仍会跌一成。至于贵宾厅的应对策略，他坦言所有行业的收益无可能只升不跌，但相信只是调整。坦言“公司仍好赚钱，跌一至两成可以接受”。他大胆肯定澳门贵宾厅巿场不会像一五年般突然跌七成，因大家对风险管理的能力越来越强。 另外，太阳城集团在越南度假村项目分七期落成，第一期预计年底开幕，将提供一千二百间酒店房间、十九洞的高尔夫球场，还有DC、餐饮元素，约一百四十张赌台及三百台角子机。由于占地大，第一期仅用了土地的五分之一发展，还有很多可准备用作地产开发，希望吸引天朝买家。 除到越南发展，太阳城集团对日本开赌也有兴趣，可惜日本相关推进“缓慢”。日本有很大发展潜能，但需条件清晰才可部署下一步。 对于小股东关心何时派息？由于短时间有管理及投资考虑，坦言团队有全盘的计划，公司仍在不断地倂购，步伐未完，短时间内没考虑派息。
