用户可以将数据集上传至共享的 “数据网络”，开发者则能在其中训练模型，并通过智能合约自动完成支付。据 OpenLedger 介绍，这一模式借鉴了 YouTube 等创作者平台的经济模式，旨在帮助为 AI 系统训练提供支持的研究人员、作家和领域专家获得收益。
OPEN 主网的核心是 “归属证明” 系统，它能在链上记录每个数据集、模型和代理的来源。每个 AI 输出的结果都能追溯到原始贡献者，从而实现可验证的信用记录和自动支付。
OpenLedger 表示，与该网络集成的开发者无需管理基础设施或数据托管，就能轻松构建 AI 代理。贡献者的收益由协议的 OPEN 代币处理，根据链上的归属轨迹分配奖励。这一基础设施被称为 “数据即共享服务”，为数据生产者提供了接入 AI 供应链的工具，让他们能在模型使用其作品时获得被动收益。
此前，OpenLedger 完成 800 万美元种子轮融资，Polychain Capital 和 Borderless Capital 领投。
