泰国高官可能因彩票案落马 法院同意审理他信内阁

本报于3月12日曾报道泰国财政部长素拉蓬和人力部长、交通副部长在3月10因彩票(数字2和数字3游戏)合法化一案被最高法院起诉一文，近日，该案有了新结果，泰国高等法院同意审理前首相他信内阁，涉嫌违反博彩法律的贪污案。泰国现任财政部长、人力部长和交通副部长可能得因此下台，这对首相沙玛而言，将是另一个沉重打击。3 C- e0 t2 {4 ^0 o% ^$ [
负责审理案件的法官伦戈德说：“控状是按照最高法院的程序提出的，因此法院同意审理此案。”他透露，法院将在9月26日举行首次听证会。
8 d1 a5 e' z# U+ V/ }4 l该控状指他信和46名内阁成员在2003年发起的博彩合法化计划违法，执政党议员也从该彩票计划中牟利，导致ZF损失将近370亿泰铢(约74亿人民币)。
2 W4 m- R9 _# l" ?) @" Y) Q% ~) L当时，现任财政部长素拉蓬、人力部长乌赖万和交通副部长阿努拉，都是他信ZF的内阁成员，因此也受到牵连。根据泰国新宪法，这三名部长必须暂时卸下部长职务，直到案件了结。/ L9 C& c5 `/ D X4 T- B
素拉蓬表明，不会因一个不利的裁决而立刻辞职。他表示，将要求宪法法院裁决，他是否应该辞职。; p+ [9 _( O1 d4 h% \- Z5 Z
在今年2月上任的沙玛ZF至今已损失三名高级官员，包括因泰柬纠纷被迫辞职的外长诺巴东。沙玛也面对示威群众的抗议，指其ZF试图在贪污案中维护他信。

大华继显证券分析师哥信说：“法院的决定让现任ZF面对更大压力，因为它可能失去更多部长，这可能会影响ZF的计划。”
