- U6 S3 R3 i) n `/ V2011年4月12日，双色球第11041期开奖，上海中出一注单注奖金1000万元的一等奖。根据《彩票管理条例》规定，彩票兑奖期限为自开奖之日起的60个自然日内，该注彩票的兑奖有效期截至6月10日。目前，兑奖期限还剩今天最后一天，该大奖得主至今仍无音讯。数据显示，上海中奖站点位于嘉定区封周路14号。该大奖得主购彩的时间是4月12日中午时分，中奖彩票是一张10元自选单式票。就中奖彩票来看，10元5注号码均为中奖彩民自选号码，中奖者极有可能是一位技术型彩民。

如果大奖得主到6月10日下午4点还未现身，工作人员是否会加班为其守候至晚上12点？上海福彩中心工作人员接受时报记者采访时表示，由于兑奖处设在建行内，完成所有兑奖手续不是福彩一家能够完成的，资金的划转等都涉及到银行操作系统。“除非中奖人有特殊情况，一般情况下没有放宽时间的先例，大小弃奖将一样对待。”* {: }* g, f; W' y( j8 g
目前，天朝彩票史上最大的弃资金额为1000万元，为2010年江苏苏州昆山出现的福彩弃奖。根据相关规定，逾期未兑奖的奖金，将纳入彩票公益金，用于社会福利事业项目。上海目前的福彩弃奖之最，出现在2009年1月16日，上海市闵行区江月路一投注站中出的双色球一等奖566万余元弃奖。 |
