6月10日，天津市第二届“体彩杯”全民健身大会开幕式暨天津市趣味运动会，在天津市人民体育馆隆重开幕。开幕仪式正式宣布了2011年本市全民健身活动的全面启动，也必将在全市掀起新一轮的全民健身热潮。
& T$ z6 G6 t9 e% q1 y, c 本届全民健身大会冠名“体彩杯”，不仅体现了天津体彩不断提升的社会影响力和美誉度，更是对天津体彩长期支持全民健身工程的肯定和褒奖。体育事业的发展离不开体彩公益金的支持，据统计，天津体彩自1999年11月2日发行至2010年底，共上缴公益金28.23亿元，2010年共筹集公益金4.55亿元。如今遍布全市18个区县的全民建身设施、健身公园、健身场所以及众多群众体育活动的开展，都是体彩公益金在发挥作用。
. S7 L X; i6 v* w% V8 E7 T 在上午进行的趣味运动会中，天津体彩作为体育事业的坚定支持者和全民健身运动的忠实拥护者，也精心组织了一支代表队参赛，由体彩中心区域主管、专管员及网点代表组成。这支体彩代表队分别参加了“同舟共济”、“财源滚滚”、“协力竞走”、“超级障碍赛”等七个项目的竞技，充分展现了天津体彩在贡献公益金之外对本市群众体育事业的“别样”支持。" q& J1 ~5 q. B
本届全民健身运动会是天津市的第二届全民健身大会，将从6月一直持续到10月，共设有51个项目，分为7个组别，将最大限度的让更多市民参与和体验全民健身的乐趣。据悉，为贯彻落实《全民健身计划》，天津市把每年一届的全民健身大会与群众体育进社区、进企业、进学校、进乡村、进机关、进家庭“六进”活动完美结合，进一步激发了人民群众参与体育运动、锻炼身体的热情，真正做到了让广大市民“练起来、赛起来、乐起来”。“全民健身工程”是体彩公益金投入的重点项目之一，在本市全民健身运动快速发展的背后，是体育彩票十余年如一日的默默支持，相信在这份坚定支持的保障下，本市的全民建设工程以及体育事业的发展都将取得更加辉煌的成绩。 （李伟光） |
