《Blockworks》报导，目前正面临美国证券交易委员会(SEC)诉讼的Terraform Labs日前向法院提出动议，要求
& e% _8 h5 N( a$ C* Y7 X9 ^Citadel Securities根据第三方传票，提供「2022年3月至5月期间」、「任何与UST脱钩有关」的交易数据。/ G* u) a0 X% X0 I0 s- Y) |$ h; \
Terraform Labs指出，这些资料将在该公司与SEC之间的诉讼辩护中起到关键作用，并强调有公开证据表明，
