“技术问题”：海南旅游岛博彩之梦年内难圆

“今年年底之前，海南的博彩业不太可能实行了，主要是技术上的问题而不是政策。”5月26日，海南省委书记卫留成在接受记者采访时表示。1 u' F) {$ e1 U. s$ K9 Z% Q
5月25日，世界旅游旅行大会在京开幕，海南国际[url=http://house.ifeng.com/dichan/lvyou/detail_2010_03/25/405702_0.shtml][color=#1e00ff]旅游岛[/color][/url]的建设进程引人关注。国内外诸多机构向海南抛出橄榄枝。& f( C+ x3 z9 m6 T
首旅集团是涉足海南较早的企业之一，集团董事长段强表示：“首旅的海南产业集群已经初具规模，未来南山度假区的总产值预计超过百亿，将构成集团的重要收入来源。”
5 Y) M! q8 f8 n, f* ~2 O( y罗斯柴尔德银行也表示希望加大在天朝的业务。罗斯柴尔德亚洲控股公司总经理俞丽萍表示：“我们有一个专门部门负责旅游酒店业投资。尽管天朝这一业务现在还较小，但我们非常看好这个发展潜力好的市场。”* a4 A1 t8 V/ G
海南将用五到十年的时间初步实现与世界接轨，尽管卫留成没有透露具体的投资金额，但他对海南的旅游设施建设充满自信：“北京现在五星级酒店一共58家，我相信海南三年之后会超过北京的数量。”

对于因国际旅游岛规划而飙升的海南房价，卫留成表示：“‘国十条’出来之后，海南自己也采取一些措施，应该说房价是稳定住了，但没怎么降。”他同时透露，近期海南不会效仿其他地区出台更多的房产政策，“因为各地的情况并不一样”。 |
