回答： Dubo可以定义为：“用钱作赌注试图赢对方以增加钱的数量”。圣经没有具体指责Dubo、打赌或买抽奖彩券。

但圣经确实警告我们不要贪财（提摩太前书6：10；希伯来书13：5）。圣经还鼓励我们远离“快速致富”的诱惑（箴言13：11；23：5；传道书5：10）。

Dubo错在那里？Dubo是个难题，因为如果能有节制或只偶一为之，虽然是浪费钱，倒也不见得是什么恶行。人们浪费钱的行为很多。 比起看电影（很多时候）、吃一顿不必要的大餐、或买一样没用的东西，Dubo不一定更浪费钱。但是做其它事情也可能会浪费钱并不表示Dubo就是可以的。 钱是不应该浪费的。多余的钱应该存起来以备未来之需或用来作神的事工——而不是赌输掉。

/ u& Z% L. L" l% |7 i圣经中谈到的Dubo：圣经中没有明白提到Dubo，但有提到“凭好运”或“靠机会”的游戏。例如利未记中用抽签决定献祭的羊和代罪的羊。 约书亚用抽签决定给不同的种族分配土地。尼希米用抽签决定谁住在耶路撒冷的城墙里。 使徒们抽签决定谁来取代犹大。箴言16：23说：“签放在怀里，定事由耶和华”。然而，在圣经中Dubo从不曾被当作娱乐也不被视为是信仰神的人应有的行为。

& U! ~9 @- |6 @/ A4 l0 h" LDC和抽奖彩券：DC利用各种行销手段招揽顾客出钱下注，并时常提供低价或免费的酒精饮料使得赌客醉酒而无法做明智的决定。 DC里的一切都是精心设置，为的是要大赚赌客的钱，而赌客除了短暂空虚的乐趣外一无所得。抽奖彩券常假借为教育或社会福利筹措经费之名。 然而研究指出，买抽奖彩券的人往往是最不应该把钱花在买彩券上的人。为钱不顾一切的人往往抗拒不了“快速致富”的诱惑。抽奖赢钱的机会极小，许多人的生活因此而毁。 q! v* O- W& c5 D
为什么彩券赢的钱不得神的喜悦：许多人声称买抽奖彩券是为了奉献给教会或其它的慈善事业。这样的动机也许是好的，但事实是极少有人用赌赢的钱来作神的事工。 调查发现，大部份买彩券中奖的人在中奖的几年后经济状况比中奖前更差。极少的人，如果有的话，真的把钱捐给慈善事业。 再者，神不需要我们的钱来资助祂在这世上所要行的事。箴言13:11说：“不劳而得之财，必然消耗；勤劳积蓄的，必见加增。 ” 神有无上的权威，必有诚实的方法为教会提供所需。 ，靠贩毒或抢银行捐的钱能令神喜悦吗？ 。神不需要也不会要从穷人那里以致富为饵所“抢”来的钱。 1 F4 x% N8 f( q5 p7 B) i; U6 Q- l

提摩太前书6:10告诉我们：“贪财是万恶之根！有人贪恋钱财，就被引诱离了真道，用许多愁苦把自己刺透了。 ”希伯来书13:5说：“你们存心不可贪爱钱财，要以自己所有的为足。因为主曾说：“我总不撇下你，也不丢弃你。 ””马太福音6:24讲：“一个人不能侍奉两个主。不是恶这个爱那个，就是重这个轻那个。你们不能又侍奉神，又侍奉财利。”
