香港发生加密串谋盗窃事件 受害人轻信实体店兑换被骗400万港元现金（转）

港警方在周一召开记者会，表示正追踪一宗涉及400万港元现金的加密骗案，而香港近期类似案件频发，今年前9个月，西九龙区共发生12宗类似手法的案件，受害人均在亲自前往加密货币兑换店以现金进行交易时，遭遇盗窃或抢劫，或是在转出加密货币后未收到相应款项，涉案金额总计约1,080万港元。 0 K( T* K t, n/ j
实体店铺骗取受害人信任是次案件发生在本周一下午，受害人向深水埗警区报案，称其携带400万港元现金前往长沙湾道一商场内的虚拟货币店铺，准备购买加密货币。当他在柜台前将现金交给一名女店员时，女店员谎称需要时间点算现金，并进入柜台旁的房间。受害人在等待过程中感到疑惑，想要离开店铺时却发现自己被反锁在店内，随即报警。

深水埗警区刑事总督察郑骏锋表示，受害人为一名43岁的本地男子。警方调查发现，涉案犯罪集团开设了一家虚拟货币的实体店铺，店铺虽然经过装修设计，但并不会长期营业。该犯罪集团采用“放长线钓大鱼”的手法，先进行几次正规的交易，取得受害人对店铺的信任，进而诱使受害人增加投资金额后再实施诈骗。受害人在今年9月初分别进行了两次约40万和80万港元的交易，随后当他将投资金额增加至400万港元时，遭到欺骗并蒙受损失。 8 Y4 b" j% R, P/ f( K) s$ x
已逮捕多名嫌疑人 包括店主、店员警方通过深入调查及情报分析，分别于24日和25日晚以“串谋盗窃”罪名逮捕了两名23岁和30岁、持有香港身份证的男子。警方相信，这两名嫌疑人与包括女店员在内的多名涉案人员合谋，策划开设加密货币兑换店，并在客户以现金进行交易时窃取其资金。23岁嫌疑人已被警方暂控一项串谋盗窃罪，并于9月26日上午在西九龙裁判法院提堂，30岁嫌疑人仍在警方扣押中，调查工作仍在进行中。目前，警方正在追捕其他涉案人员并追踪赃款下落。 |
