, f' A# _! {' b5 Z2 i1 R3 s9 N1953年12月生于黑龙江齐齐哈尔，籍贯江苏扬州。1988年毕业于中央美术学院中国画系，获硕士学位，长期在中央美术学院任教。曾担任中央美术学院山水画系主任，现任中央美术学院教授，炎黄艺术馆馆长。 - c- U, r$ r' b
! J C( H9 I, S曾为毛主席纪念堂创作大型山水画《韶山毛主席故居》，受邀为人民大会堂、中南海诸多重要建筑创作过重大题材山水画。崔晓东作品参加过众多国内外重要的展览活动，并多次获奖，被中国国家博物馆、中央美术学院、中国美术馆、人民大会堂、中南海及海内外众多收藏家收藏，出版著作及个人作品专集30余种。
