受 不想穿衣大哥，“珍惜狗命，远离大妈” 标题启发，来了灵感，取名 “珍惜生命，远离梭哈”。4 z+ K4 m' t& h7 W7 m1 a

梭哈绝对的心态不稳的表现，长期玩菠菜的人，若想长期总体获得高收益，通过梭哈的方式来赢钱，极其幼稚，绝对是不科学的。有人说，一天只下2注或1注，看“准”就梭哈。 问题来了，怎么叫“准”？百家樂没有开出牌来，本无路。7 o) n3 A- e$ y8 W+ S- g
. X7 b5 n" y% p
梭哈不靠谱。赢钱的终极理论或许是 胜进负缩，加上强大的内心世界（远大的目标+强大的抗压能力). 现在相信很多人都和我一样，相信都懂一些理论，关键是做不到，都是 “纸上谈兵”。2 T& l9 [/ L9 z8 ^: l; E

真正玩的时候，所有的理论，全部抛到了脑后，清袋了，才会后悔。

我做了一点点努力，和大家分享一下 。

1: 就是把这些核心观点 ，写在纸上，然后就贴在电脑显示器的正下放，这样容易看见，时时提醒自己。我目前贴了几张，一个是 上次回家回程的火车票，下次回家一定开车回去；一个是，“忍”，“步步归零"(就是前面不管是输还是赢，心态重新归零，重头开始，绝不冲动）。再一个就是 “次次提款”。就算是输钱，也要提款，全讯网不是可以最低可以提10元嘛。这些都是暗示作用。真正做到还得靠执行力。! j2 M4 Z/ G; |. i6 a1 s
0 r6 w8 K4 D+ ?1 B, T! O0 k* X/ v$ M2：“不长时间呆电脑旁，出去运动”。打完一场，要尽快恢复状态，怎么恢复？不要老是呆在电脑旁边，看论坛，看新闻什么的，这样会让人上瘾，产生惰性。出去呼吸新鲜空气，跑步爬山什么的最好不过了。; Q q7 y% C1 ~4 n+ H
