菠菜这条路很艰难，难就难在输钱后，能控制自己停止不玩，尤其是连续几场败北之后，果断停止。
6 _% P m& p& j! F 今天早上波音维护，去了 鑫鼎家玩EA ，挂了200元。当时有点想继续存钱去玩的冲动（我钱不放卡上的，在抽屉里），后出去跑步了，回来10点钟，打开波音又是维护，再等了一个小时，又存了200去TT玩。运气又是不给力，还是挂了。这时候，已经是11:30了。心里有点慌了，想存多点博回来。一直折磨着存多少的问题，最后还是决定存300，慢慢搞。在去ATM机的路上，心里都是有点碰碰直跳了，（不稳的征兆）。想想上个月这个时候，连输了2个300元，立马存款2645,两把清代的，这个让我感到很痛苦，再遥远更早些时候，去年10月份，也是在天猫连输了2场，不服气，想着急于回本，就存了最后15000，也是几注清代的，这让我更加感到不安，感到恐惧，这些回忆的痛苦，让我决定，放弃存款，暂时不玩，休息好再战，果断钻进路边的湘菜小店。

进了湘菜小店，点了一个30元的 炒菜 ，牛肉炒土豆。（尼玛，这个30元，也太不值了，平常我经常中午买10元多点牛肉，这个30元的分量，还不足我平时买10元分量的有一半，以后再也不出吃了）! t% m6 x c. S/ s1 a

（当然了，也不是都是输，昨晚在全讯网还是赢了577元，加上30多元反水，赢了差不多600元，赢钱的时候，心态自然是好）5 F% ~: t o: ~" m1 [) H/ r7 x: |

回想之前无数次输钱后续存更大的本金而输钱的痛苦回忆，让我坚信一个观点，输钱了，必须关机，出去或散步，或跑步，或爬山，并在这个过程中回想之前下注时注码的是非对错（不是输钱对错） ，让它形成一个行为习惯。
