基本是根据自己的遭遇或论坛其他人的帖子总结归纳的：' k: f" T9 q1 [. Q. J- c* z
. y! `( v7 R& c- L# a1.规则最好事先写清楚，虽然解释权在你们那里，但打开门开公司还是要明确规矩。比如参加优惠是按笔数计算的，你们没有写。容易引起很大的误会。4 w( X5 G- b6 Y: n

2.尽量优化系统，明确用户账户里的信息，尤其涉及资金的信息。比如我的返水，我看着有，到能领取的时间了，却不能领取，或者就“自动消失”了。参加论坛优惠不能领取返水，可以理解。但是一律取消的话，你们省事了，我打完论坛优惠或没有参加论坛优惠的娱乐也没有返水了，这样的利益损失呢？很多时候返水少也就不在意了，但有时候返水本该有点数目也给取消了，就不得不让人很在意。

3 J. G$ J- ?. l3 G3.如果账户信息显示的都不是实际信息，或者账户资金被你们改来改去，会给玩家什么感受？虽然相信你们不会用这些手段去“黑”玩家的钱，但这些落伍的细节很影响你们的信誉。6 w( S6 z; n; u; t" L2 W& [

4.关于提款。速度是一直在论坛被人吐槽的。如果参加活动，被你们或厅方随机审查，可以理解。但是笔笔提款都要等几个小时甚至几天，在十年前这速度还算不错，但在提款速度各公司平均都是几分钟的今天，难免给玩家带来不好的感受。
