根据《[color=#0000ff]彩票管理条例[/color]》规定，彩票兑奖期限为自开奖之日起的60个自然日内。由于这注中了千万大奖的彩票开奖时间是4月12日，因此其兑奖的最后有效期限恰恰是昨天。+ ?2 ?4 n M# W0 g, J

$ g Y: {$ d/ c. l 昨天下午4点，尽管下班时间已到，但上海市福彩中心依然公布了紧急联系电话，表示将等待这位中奖者直至今天零点。只要中奖者在今天零点之前出现，他依然可以兑奖，领走1000万元。

上海市福彩中心相关工作人员表示，不到最后时刻还不能说“弃奖”，如果中奖人真的有什么特殊情况，只要事先致电兑奖处，福彩中心将考虑采取人性化措施，守候至今天零点。
