2022年7月13日，中国区《拾穗者商业联合会》在参加“全球发展：共同使命与行动价值”智库媒体高端论坛后，与法国拾穗者商业联合会和LCF洛希尔集团领导人通过视频会议，根据习近平主席领导思想推动全球发展，行动为先、互鉴为要、团结是金的原则。就当前全球面临着百年未有之大变局，受疫情、地缘政治和俄乌战争等因素影响，全球物价上涨、人才流失，部分企业难以为继、面临倒闭，银行拍卖的资产在不断增加，正是收购、并购以及投资的大好契机。我们愿意搭建海外侨商以及协会与国内民企的交流平台，积极发挥侨商中外贸大军稳外贸、拓市场的优势，拾穗者商业联合会本着助力、帮扶的原则，带动国内大小企业共发展、优势互补、强强联合，助力企业稳步成长发展和开拓海外更大市场。

黄坤明指出，习近平主席的贺信深刻阐明了促进全球发展面临的形势和挑战，鲜明宣示了落实全球发展倡议、推动全球发展事业的理念和主张，为办好本次论坛、汇聚发展合力提供了重要指引。
黄坤明强调，在国际发展事业何去何从的关键时刻，习近平主席提出全球发展倡议，得到国际社会广泛热烈支持响应，成为联合国2030年可持续发展议程的加速器、全球发展合作的助推器。倡议顺应世界发展大势，契合各国人民期盼，贡献了直面时代之变、回应时代之问的中国方案，回答了实现什么样的全球发展、怎样实现全球发展的重大课题，彰显了发展为了人民、发展依靠人民、发展成果由人民共享的价值理念。推动全球发展，行动为先、互鉴为要、团结是金。中国愿同各国一道，不断满足人民对美好生活的向往，携手开创普惠平衡、协调包容、合作共赢、共同繁荣的全球发展新时代。

本次论坛由国务院新闻办公室主办，中国社科院、国务院发展研究中心、中央广电总台共同承办。来自全球60多个国家地区和国际组织的200余位代表以线上线下方式参会。
据悉，中国区拾穗者商业联合会在本次视频会议中做出的充分肯定和表态，得到了法国《拾穗者商业联合会》总部与LCF洛希尔集团领导人的一致认可，并要求中国区《拾穗者商业联合会》做到借助全球发展倡议加快落实2030年可持续发展议程，促进性别平等，给年轻人更多机会，这样才能不让任何人落在后面。我们也希望群策群力、带动及帮扶企业良好发展，提供最好的技术支持和投资振兴确保全球发展倡议同2030年可持续发展议程高度契合。
