回顾刚刚过去的这一轮加密市场牛市，有太多值得我们思考的新变化。在此次牛市进程中，比特币价格创下近7万美元的新高似乎不再是大家关注的唯一焦点，与之相比，DeFi市场的爆发和Web3、GameFi、NFT的异军突起反而成为加密市场中的强力引擎，吸引着众多用户和大量资金踊跃进场。身处其中的我们切身的感受到随着行业不断向纵深发展，由比特币白皮书衍生而来的去中心化理念已经从金融层面扩展到现实社会的方方面面，整个市场的氛围也从野蛮生长时期的投机情绪转向踏踏实实沉到社区、夯实基础设施进而探索更高效的治理模式上来，这一点转变从Axie和StepN两个现象级项目的爆火可见一斑。可以说，随着加密市场的落地应用进一步丰富和深化，社区的规模和效率也将更上一层楼，并且承担起越来越重要的责任。接下来，在本文中将重点从社区在加密行业中的角色、当前社区治理中存在的问题以及满足加密行业的发展的高水平社区需要具备哪些基本功能等几个方面进行讨论。 如何看待加密行业中的社区？ 首先，先简单介绍一下“社区”的概念。目前在学术界，社会学家们从不同维度对社区的定义超过140种，不过，在构成社区的基本要素上认识还是基本一致的，普遍认为一个社区应该具备以下几个特点：1）有一定的地理区域；2）有一定数量的人口；3）居民之间有共同的意识和利益；4）有着较密切的社会交往。总结来说社区就是一个“聚居在一定地域范围内的人们基于共同的利益和意识所组成的社会生活共同体”。而随着加密经济的发展，这里我们所讨论的社区概念超越了地域的限制，但其余三个特点依然显著。比如我们上面提到的链游代表项目Axie，其DAU峰值一度高达数百万，用户来自全球不同的角落，那么这款游戏是如何做到短时间内一炮而红的呢？对照社区构成的几个基本要素，就能发现除了Axie团队在经济模型上的精妙设计之外，关键的一点就是充分调动了社区的价值，不管是面临SLP有限消耗与无限增发的矛盾时，还是为了改善游戏体验开发侧链Ronin时，社区成员的意见和建议都得到了充分的尊重，并在最后的决策中发挥出重要作用。 那么接下来的问题就是，为什么存在已久却并不为人所重视的社区能够在加密行业中绽放异彩？一个关键因素就在于其去中心化的属性最大限度的释放了社区成员的创造力和积极性，相比传统社会中的中心化社区，这里没有集权中枢，没有从属关系，社区成员可以平等的制定/修改规则、提出建议、参与决策，这就意味着加密市场中的社区不仅仅是一种全新的社会组织形式，更是一种革命性的生产关系模式，而这种生产关系对于即将迎来高速发展期的Web3来说，具有非同一般的价值。 基于Web2的社区能够满足Web3的发展需求吗？ 虽然我们了解了社区对于Web3乃至整个加密行业发展的重要性，但是就现阶段而言，依然处于一个尴尬的境地，那就是绝大多数Web3社区治理还是依托Web2平台，不论是我们常用的Twitter、Facebook还是Wechat、Telegram等，均属此类。Web 2时代的典型代表便是博客和社交媒体，相比Web1时代，此时的信息传播由单向变成双向和互动的，用户创造了大量的线上内容，但这些内容呈现出高度的可复制性和确权以及后续维权难度大的特征，因此在没有版权约束的情况下，复制的边际成本几乎是 |
