金色财经报道，美国参议院银行委员会最高共和党参议员 Pat Toomey表示，他正在寻求与民主党人的共同点，以使他早先关于稳定币监督的提议成为两党共同的努力，主席Sherrod Brown证实他参与了讨论。Toomey 在周三的委员会听证会上说：我们应该能够找到共同点的第一个地方，我实际上认为在许多情况下已经很接近了，那就是为稳定币制定明确和明智的法规。推动对代币的监督。我正在与几位成员进行讨论，以使这项提案成为两党的提案。（Coindesk）
BTC分析
昨日预判大饼走势和思路一致，白盘横盘整理，晚上插针试探支撑然后再向上拉升，文中给的多单正好给到机会进场，随后一路上行至24200附近，获利1500点恭喜跟上的币友，可继续持仓，4小时来看，布林带呈开口形态，币价在布林带上轨附近运行，KDJ三线粘合有拐头向下的趋势，但是目前短线依旧偏多头，在高位震荡修整，日内回踩力度可能不会特别大，大概率还是会延续多头趋势，所以我们今日的操作依旧回踩做多为主，没仓位的朋友，激进现价打底，23600-23300多，目标24200-24900突破持有大目标不变26000-27000

以太坊走势和大饼一致，白盘整理晚间拉升，文中给的多单进场后完美到达第二止盈，恭喜跟上的币友获利180点，稳健点减半仓继续上看，四小时线布林带开口向上，MACD红柱缩量，KDJ金叉状态，RSI多线平行走一个上行趋势，回踩是正常修整，从小时线来看MACD多头排列，KDJ拐头向下，布林带开口向上，短期看行情有回踩需求，大方向如没有利空消息影响这波调整结束会继续挑战1800-1900附近，届时再布局中线空单，日内思路依旧回踩低多为主，激进现价打底，1700-1680多，目标1750-1780突破持有
