五峰男子请进“师傅”和帮手，走宜昌窜荆州，利用特殊的设备让自己每次都能在Dubo机上赢得“大奖”，却不曾想这样做已违法。日前，6名男子因涉嫌诈骗罪被三峡坝区检察院审查起诉，等待他们的将是法律的制裁。

强行冲卡可疑车牵出诈骗案

2010年12月30日，市公安局在东山卡口执行盘查时，一辆可疑车辆强行冲卡，后将该车拦截，在该车上查获一批开锁工具和Dubo用具，经盘问，六人供述了利用Dubo机实施诈骗的犯罪事实。4 {5 @1 }5 C* X0 i" S$ `7 m

2010年11月底，五峰男子简某、杨某在福建省一个游戏厅Dubo时认识了湖北老乡黄某。交谈中，黄某告诉简某，称他知道有一种技术，保证在“缺一门”Dubo机上赢钱。$ { Q2 U- r+ s' N

同年12月，杨某驾驶租赁车辆与简某回到宜昌，简某经过“考察”得知宜昌市发展大道一家电玩城有“缺一门”Dubo机，后与黄某联系。随后，黄某联系了帮手徐某、鄢某等人，6个人会合在一起。/ t6 u5 o C, u# _2 B A: J
& o+ j+ k: Z# Q
由徐某联系厂家购得针对该Dubo机的作弊器材，采取技术开锁的方式潜入简某、杨某发现的电玩店，在Dubo机上安装作弊器材的信号发射装置，其余人则通过徐某提供的发射器反馈的Dubo机程序在电玩城进行Dubo。3 ?4 P9 p$ q7 ^' b2 e" ?0 K/ E
" m2 Z/ Y: z9 v) y) o4 p 同年12月27日，六人在该电玩城采取事先准备好的方式诈骗该店老板现金9500元；同月28日六人窜至荆州市民主街一家游戏室“缺一门”Dubo机上试赌先输掉25000余元，次日，六人采用同样方式在该游戏室诈骗现金47000元。而诈骗所得扣除购买作弊器材、徐某的飞机票及试赌输钱的开支后六人将赃款平分。 |
